Chapter 6. Configuration and Monitoring Tools

Accessing the IBM 2212 enables you to install the operational software and to configure, monitor, control, and maintain the router.

You can access the IBM 2212 using following configuration and monitoring tools:

• The Access Integration Services Configuration Program
• OPCON
• The service recovery interface
• Bootstrap menus
• The Nways(R) Manager family of management products.

You can also use the command line interface to configure the IBM 2212. Each of these tools is described in the sections that follow.
