Nikon Capture Ver. 3.0.0 (Windows) Software Patch

Issues addressed in this Nikon Capture Ver. 3.0.0 patch
When Nikon Scan 3 and Nikon Capture 3 were both installed in a Windows environment, launching Nikon Scan 3 or Nikon Scan 3 TWAIN from Photoshop’s Import TWAIN menu option sometimes caused both Nikon Scan 3 and Photoshop to quit improperly without the display of any error message.

System environment: Following pre-installed OS, Windows 98 Second Edition / Windows Me / Windows 2000 Professional / Windows XP Professional / Windows XP Home Edition 

Notes
1. This patch will only work if Nikon Capture Version 3.0.0 is already installed on your computer
2. If you are using Windows 2000 or Windows XP, you must have Administrator authority on your computer to log in 

Installation
1. Make sure the Nikon camera is disconnected from the computer before starting
2. Close all programs

3. Create a folder on the hard disk and name it as you like
4. Download the file ncap300pen.zip to the folder you have created
5. Unzip the file to the same folder, the following file is created ncap300pen.exe
6. To begin installation of this patch run the file ncap300pen.exe, a window with the following message will be displayed "Exit all programs. Is it OK to start installation ?". Click the "yes" button.
7. When the patch is complete the following message will be displayed "Update has been completed. Exiting updater". Click OK.
8. Restart the computer
