The optical pickup is made up of a very high precision structure. Ensure that it is not subjected to strong shocks.

To prevent electrostatic damage to the laser diode, short circuit the flexible board of the optical pickup with a shorting pin, etc. when removed from the board. (Refer Fig. 1)

The flexible board may tear if unnecessary force is exerted on it. Therefore, handle the flexible board with extreme care. (Refer Fig. 2)

Do not turn the semi-fixed variable resistor (laser power adjustment). It has already been adjusted.
