The R&S NRP Toolkit comprises the following program modules:

• Power Viewer - for using the virtual power meter
• Terminal - for controlling the power sensors via PC
• S-Parameters - for loading s-parameter tables
• Firmware Update R&S NRP  - for updating the firmware of the power meter
• Firmware Update R&S NRP-Zxx - for updating the firmware of the power sensor(s)

Hardware and software requirements

• The PC must have a USB port.

• The PC’s operating system must support the USB port. This is the case with Windows™ 98, Windows™ ME, Windows™ 2000, and Windows™ XP.

       Note:  
The automatic installation routine for the R&S NRP Toolkit first installs the Windows Installer if this program is not yet installed on your PC.  In this case, the PC must be rebooted. We therefore recommend that you close all programs before starting the R&S NRP Toolkit installation.

Please use Windows Explorer to perform the installation as follows:

Call the Setup.exe program from the \Software\Toolkit directory on this CD-ROM.

Drivers for VXI plug and play, LabWindows/CVI and LabView can be found in the \Software\Drivers directory on this CD-ROM
