The Intel Hybrid Authoring Studio Overview
Intel's Hybrid Authoring Studio provides a wide range of hybrid and multimedia development capabilities
and services for cutting edge software developers all over the world. The studio showcases state of the art
demonstrations, as well as, hardware & software solutions that illustrate compelling new and emerging hybrid
multimedia developments. These demonstrations fuel developers’ imaginations on the exciting possibilities for next
generation software applications. Intel provides the studio facility and expertise to help software developers prototype
and develop showcase hybrid and multimedia applications. By providing demonstrations and development services the studio
acts as a catalyst for developing compelling, immersive and interactive multimedia, DVD titles and
hybrid applications.
Studio Objectives
The Hybrid Authoring Studio exists to accelerate the introduction of rich, interactive and compelling hybrid
multimedia software titles. We assist developers in optimizing their applications targeted for the latest Intel Architecture
innovations including the Pentium® II Processor and the Pentium processor with MMX™ technology. Through our efforts with
software developers we aim to minimize software development costs and issues by providing a showcase of applications
and technologies that illustrate the state of the art in hybrid and multimedia applications, facilities
and expertise to prototype and develop these applications and documentation of the key learnings unveiled
during the prototype and development process (we make all our collateral available on our web site).
