NAG Response Centres

While the Response Centres handle general enquiries and requests for information from all callers, they also provide assistance for customers licensing our support and maintenance services. The services they provide include:

  • Diagnosis of user problems
  • Investigation of possible software 'bugs'
  • Provision of temporary 'fixes' to assist users until the next software update

These support and maintenance services are licensed on an annual basis in one of two ways:

  • As an optional service for those products which are supplied on payment of a one-time fee.
  • As part of an annually licensed service.

Product Support

Because of the flexibility of NAG licensing and the different requirements of users of these products and services, there are a number of features which do vary from one item of software to another.
